Well Reiki for me has been a journey of self reflection, personal development, spiritual and creative development.

I was introduced to Diana Benjamin in May 2023. A Shamanic Healer who i recommend for all teaching. I chose to receive Womb Healing by Diana who has remained a truly fantastic Shamanic Healer and will continue to be.

My life completely changed within 4 weeks of my first session. My life changed in such a way that i had put so much in the way that i never truly believed the change was possible.  I then joined a fabulous group of women who all attend Diana’s sessions for their own personal reasons. It was meeting Diana that has led to my personal interest in Spiritual Awareness and development. I always knew I had an ‘ability’ but the thought of seeing or hearing scared the life out of me. It isn’t anything like I feared.

Personally…from receiving reiki amongst other therapies I no longer tolerate emotional issues created by others, I’ve learnt about boundaries. I prefer calm to hectic. I’ve decluttered my life. I feel so calm which has come at the right time as I navigate my way through perimenopause. Of which I openly admit I’m HRT medicated. I am also now psychologically strong enough and not ashamed to get my diagnosis for adhd and autism. I am so much stronger mentally in a nice way. My coping abilities are present. I am present with my daughter. Being the best parent i can be.

My creative development went through the roof. My drawing skills led to me drawing commissions throughout the year. I channelled energy that supported my creativity.

I am now studying Physics, Biology and Chemistry to assist my development in my role in the NHS.
